This was our most difficult sauce to make and we are proud of our ability to have come up with this recipe.

Our Hot is a Buffalo Wing Sauce that has the same tanginess that all of our sauces have. We introduce jalapeno peppers into this sauce which adds a very nice flavor. It's a delayed heat that heat lovers will love but with a taste that'll leave you craving that next wing every time. The flavor along with this nice hot will place you in that desired state of culinary euphoria.

Our X-Hot is a Buffalo Wing Sauce that "kicks it up a notch" using habanero peppers. This one definitely packs some heat! It still has that "Wy's Wings" tang to it however. As with the others, it's not just hot, the flavor is awesome and will have you crawling back to the plate while trying to cool your mouth at the same time.

This is a habanero party in your mouth! If you wanna talk about delicious while being hot, this sauce defines it. It's pleasingly tasty and recommended for "expert" heat lovers only!!! It's a couple of notches above our X-Hot, and will definitely heat up your life in a good way!
